One A Day is a small personal project designed to help you have a more
intentional day.
It has no scrolling, no refreshing and no algorithm-driven content — just a
daily set of suggestions for wholesome activities that you can do, or not, and
tick off as you please. It asks you to set one small intention today, and then
asks whether you did it tomorrow.
An intention is a small thing you've decided to today. It could be something
you just want to tick off. Something new you want to try. Or just a small act
of care for you or someone else.
All the matters is that it's simple, and achievable.
